Return Policy

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unworn, unused condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. (Please note that exchanges are not available.)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must ship the package yourself, including the completed return form, to the following address:

Please include the following notation: RETURN "order number"

Additionally, please send the shipment confirmation and the completed return form to our email address: telismanofficial@gmail.com. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The return form is mandatory. Returns without the completed form will be held until the form is received.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within a few business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are exempt from being returned, including:

• Personalized items
• Hygienic products (e.g., underwear, earrings, swimwear)
